On March 18, 2016, Babette Donaldson, author of The Everything Healthy Tea Book, gave a presentation on the history of tea, how it is grown and prepared. Donaldson served three different teas to the NOON Program audience. She brought a tea tree and displayed five teas and spoke at length about the attributes of each.
