September Artist in the Beecher Room is Foresthill artist, Johans Stafford. A former student of Southwest colorist Milford Zornes and children’s book author and illustrator, Ed Young. She works in watercolor and acrylic. Stafford makes greeting cards, paper sculptures and enjoys experimenting with all art forms.

On March 18, 2016, Babette Donaldson, author of The Everything Healthy Tea Book, gave a presentation on the history of tea, how it is grown and prepared. Donaldson served three different teas to the NOON Program audience. She brought a tea tree and displayed five teas and spoke at length about the attributes of each.
