Promoting The Library As Part Of Your Life


Friends of the Auburn Library is a member supported non-profit organization supporting the Auburn Library and its users through volunteerism, book sales, and advocacy.  Our volunteers conduct monthly sales of used books and other media donated by he community.  Our annual, “We Love Our Library and Silent Auction”, is another fund raiser for the benefit of the library.  Net proceeds from our fund raisers are used for the purchase of new books, media, collections and other special items as needed by our Library. 


With a membership of 410+, Friends of Auburn Library is an active library supporter.

Mission Statement:  Volunteering to maintain an association promoting library resources; encourage gifts of service, collections, endowments and bequests; provide community enrichment programs and online services.
